The DRWC has chartered HMS Ferries to operate the ferry, Freedom, on the Delaware River between Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ, 0.5 miles south of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. The two landings are the Penn’s Landing Waterfront located at 211 S. Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA and the Camden Waterfront located at 10 Riverside Dr., Camden, NJ.

Scope of Service:

M/V Freedom is a passenger only vessel. Our primary riders are people transiting the Delaware River between Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ. Points of interest include The Adventure Aquarium in Camden, the Battleship New Jersey and Susquehanna Bank Center Concert Venue. Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia, PA and Wiggin’s Park in Camden, NJ also have events that attract ridership. Group ridership is popular on the ferry during the week, and charters are available after regular operating hours.
